Application Process
The Rio Tech Fund accepts business plans meeting our submission criteria. If your business plan meets the following three requirements:
- 1. Texas-based deals
- 2. Total fund raise no greater than $2M (Any deal above $1M must come with a lead investor and a terms sheet.)
- 3. Completed or near-completed product/service offering

Texas ETF Commercialization Awards
The Rio Tech Fund accepts applications for Texas ETF Commercialization Awards. Applications are reviewed and submitted to the State on a quarterly basis.
