The Rio Tech Fund accepts applications for Texas ETF Commercialization Awards. Applications are reviewed and submitted to the State on a quarterly basis.

The Rio Tech Fund uses this website to process applications. To submit an application, you must follow these steps:

1. Register as an Applicant



2. Download the Application Package



3. Complete the Application documents



4. Submit the Application

Registered applicants will also have an Application Planning Meeting with Rio Tech Fund staff, prior to the Application Deadline.
